Holistic Yoga Healing: Beyond the Mat 101

In this workshop, we will explore the integration of several methods used by traditional yoga healers. Yoga, and other Vedic traditions, offer so much more than poses on a mat. It’s laced with ancient science and techniques to heal others and yourself.

Mathew “Huck” Ingles is a registered yoga teacher, certified Thai yoga therapist, and author of “Simple Sutras: A Modern Guide to Ancient Yoga.” He has over 30 years of study, and a decade of teaching and working with students and private clients.

This workshop is open to all levels, including beginners. No prior experience necessary.

*Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat or something to sit on, and wear comfortable clothing that you can freely move in.
